These balloons come from older stock. The balloons where made in the 1990's. The balloons are all double sided, and are self sealing. The motorists are among the best, but given that the balloons are from older stock, some motorists have actually given that retired. Fantastic balloons for your Daytona 500 or Nascar theme party.

Bill Elliott balloon is dated 1998. It was made by CTI. The balloon is double agreed Bill Elliott featured on one side and his automobile on the other.
